Tucker Company congratulates you on accepting our offer of employment! We are excited to begin your onboarding process.
Tucker Company uses the Namely platform to support all of our People and Culture/Payroll initiatives. Shortly, you will receive an email directly from Namely with a link to complete your new team member onboarding profile. When completing your Namely profile, please be sure to include your FULL LEGAL NAME, which includes your MIDDLE NAME. If you do not have a middle name, please leave that box blank.
The next step in our onboarding process is completing a background check, which includes participating in a drug screening. In order to launch this process, please prioritize reviewing and electronically signing the Disclosure Authorization form. The Disclosure Authorization form is included in the onboarding documents found within Namely. Once this is signed, our People and Culture Coordinator will send you instructions on how to complete the drug screening.
